Cat: None // Starclans Leader, Deputy, and Med. cat are open.	Rules: 1. Use OOC when out of charactor and use BIC when back in charactor. 2. No pp or gm unless the owner of the cat says so 3. You CAN NOT be administrator, even if you pass the test, unless you make a cat 4. You can have as many cats as you want 5. Also, to be staff, you have to be active. 6. If you don't come on, you will get deleted and you will get banned.
